We’re Headin’ To Indy!

fdic2014One of our favorite events, the FDIC (Fire Department Instructors Conference) is all set for this coming Monday, April 7, a day that kicks off a fantastic week-long show. Marion be at the show starting Thursday, April 10, on the show floor in the Indiana Convention Center.

This show is packed with insights and information that help decision-makers, trainers and experts learn the latest industry developments and build their professional networks. Manufacturers and suppliers – companies making everything from new apparatus and protective clothing to monitors, pumps and signaling devices – will be displaying their products, allowing departments to see leading edge innovations that make departments even more effective.

2014_Demo_Pumper_Page_1Four of us from Marion – myself, Shane Krueger (Shane is both the National Sales Manager of our Fire & Emergency products, as well as a Chief at a local department), Janis Urban, our Costing Administrator for Fire & Emergency products, and Rob Rosenau, Project Administrator and also a Chief at a local fire department, drew the long straws and will all be at the show, gathering all the info we can to bring back to our people – and hopefully meeting with some of you!

Here are just a couple reasons to stop by our booth (#2543):

  • First, we recently gave exclusive coatings rights to PPG, who will now supply all the coatings for our F&E apparatus, and we’d love Sugar_Creek_Page_1to walk through how that benefits a department
  • Second, we’ll have our 2014 Demo Pumper, along with a recently delivered Rescue unit for Sugar Creek Township Fire Department of New Palestine, Indiana – don’t miss the chance to check out all its features!

Stop by and see us – you can even help us celebrate our 50th anniversary of manufacturing all aluminum F&E apparatus – longer than any manufacturer in the industry! We’ll be at booth #2543, eager to show you our apparatus and talk about what you’re looking for!

Best regards,
