Marion, Wis. – Marion Body Works, A leading national manufacturer of fire & emergency apparatus, announces partnership with dealer, Emergency Fire Equipment. As of December 1, 2021 Emergency Fire Equipment (E-Fire) will serve Marion customers in Kansas and the surrounding area. E-Fire was founded in 1986 by Dick Goodrum after a lifetime of service in the local fire department in Mayfield, Kansas. After a recent merger, the company now has two locations in eastern and western Kansas to offer exceptional service and expertise that Marion customers have come to rely on.
The owner of E-Fire, Matt Wilson, said the company’s values remain true to their small-town origin, and foresees a tremendous opportunity for growth with the addition of Marion’s vast product line.
“We’re a small, family-owned and operated company and we seek partners we can trust. Marion is the right fit for us,” Wilson said. “We’re excited to expand our offerings with Marion pumpers, rescues, aerials, and tankers in addition to our wildland units and fire equipment to give departments in our community the best possible protection on the job.”
E-Fire staff have over 100 combined years of engineering and fire service experience. With over 25 employees across sales, service, and office personnel, E-Fire brings an impressive portfolio of happy and committed clients. In addition to custom fire trucks, the company provides automatic, selectable, and fixed nozzles, turnout gear for bunkers, boots, gloves, helmets, hoses, cameras, and more.
