Marion Body Works Supports Cancer Awareness Month
Marion Body Works has always shown their support for cancer awareness. This year, Marion presented a check to the American Cancer Society from our breast cancer awareness t-shirt sales. Employees and families were able to purchase the shirts that were paid for by Marion, and in total they raised $2,110. Together we proudly wear our pink ‘M’ for the month of October and support all who have battled cancer.

Marion Body Works strives to be the employer of choice in our community and beyond. One way in which we do this is by equipping the next generation with the skills and knowledge to enter the workplace after graduation. Marion provides a select group of talented interns with the chance to work in their field of study and apply a hands-on approach. Marion Body Works has been around since 1905. Since Bud Simpson purchased the company in 1980, Marion has grown both in manufacturing space and employee capacity over the decades to what it is today. Since Bud’s ownership, Marion Body Works has stayed, and continues to stay, in the Simpson/Ignacio family. Through close work with the entire family, board of directors, and executive team, the next generation of family members are diligent in their efforts to learn and provide advice to prepare for the future.

Marion Salutes All Veterans

Adam Zuehl, a Mechanical Drafter, was deployed to active duty with the U.S. Army. Our thoughts and prayers are with Adam and his family while he serves our country.
